We’ve crafted two menus for those who love to dine well and toast the new year in style.


 

Our New Year’s Eve menus

Seafood Menu
5 courses: €120
4 courses (excluding either starter or main): €100

  • Welcome Prosecco
  • Entree
    Trio of Venetian-style bites on artisanal crostini: shrimp in Saor, whipped salt cod with pistachio and sun-dried tomato, burrata and Cantabrian anchovy
  • Appetizer
    Catalan-style lobster (300/400g) and scallop in white wine
  • First course
    Squid ink risotto with calamari ragù
  • Main course
    Wild sea bass fillet, pumpkin velouté and late-season red radicchio
  • Dessert
    Neapolitan pastiera and Venetian focaccia with mascarpone cream
  • Drinks
    Wine (1 bottle every 3 guests) or beer. Soft drink and water (1 per person), coffee

    Braised pork cheek in Aglianico wine with late-season red radicchio
  • Dessert
    Neapolitan pastiera and Venetian focaccia with mascarpone cream
